is to be found at Abba's Restaurant & Market, a Kosher establishment(meat) that bakes their own on this elaborate conveyor device. it is fluffy, it is toothesome, it molds quickly but freezes & defrosts cooperatively - yum yum yum - esp w/their garlicky smoky oily baba ganouj.
