Steak and kidney pie?
Looking for Manhattan or Brooklyn restaurants/pubs that have steak and kidney pie on their regular menu. Menupages search was no help at all. TIA

There are a couple of new new zealand style meat pie shops that have opened, one is in Brooklyn (www.dubpies.com) and the other is in the east village...have not tried either one, but I know the Alpha Hound likes the east village one better...I think they both have steak and kidney but I might be wrong. I think the east village one is called Tuck or Tucker or something??

And there's a branch of Tuck Shop inside a gym cafe on 49th between Bway & 8th. According to menupages, though, they don't serve steak and kidney pie on their regular menu. They do have a pie of the day, which could in theory be steak and kidney sometimes, but I don't know (and kind of doubt it).

You can always buy it to cook at home from Myers of Keswick in Greenwich Village.

The Chip Shop on 5th Ave. and 6th St. (BKLYN) has decent S$K pies.
