Have also seen it at JFK duty-free if you're travelling before the wedding. I like the traditional Pimms recipe with lemonade (Sprite will do but Tea & Sympathy and Meyers of Keswick both sell RH White lemonade), mint, slices of citrus fruit, and slices of cucumber.
