Nicaraguan food or anything similar?

Any place in the area for good Nicaraguan food? gallo pinto? nacatamales? queso frito? quesillos?

Any place that has Flor de Cana rum?

I am missing all of this stuff!

I've tried to find at least one Nica place in NYC, but no such luck! Don't listen to locals who think that it is the same as Mexican cuisine and will try to send you to some bland Pueblano/Mex joint!Yes, I miss it too and as you've probably guessed,Although I'm not from Central America< I've lived in Miami for some time and experienced the great Nica culture and food there! Nothing here comes close!
