...is there anywhere in the city that serves french toast stuffed with cream cheese?

    Yes! Mimi's Cafe has great stuffed french toast! I don't know where you live, but they are in California, AZ, and Nevada for sure. You might even find their recipe online. www.mimiscafe.com
