What Bugs me most about wings you get in Bars/restaurants outside of Buffalo are: 1) When they leave the Wing Tips On! 2) When they are Breaded/Coated! 3) RANCH DRESSING Instead of Bleu Cheese! and 3) when they are DRY and have dipping sauce on the side (Not Bleu Cheese) I Want Wings & Drumettes! Deep Fried and then SOAKED in HOT Sauce served with Bleu Cheese on the Side with a few Carrot & Celery sticks!! But Thats just my opinion!
