Isn't it supposed to be equal parts of hotsauce (like franks' or trappy's) and melted butter? Made them that way once and they were goooooood.

They come out GREAT that way....Thats the way the Wing joint up the block from my Fraternity House made them...
What Bugs me most about wings you get in Bars/restaurants outside of Buffalo are:
1) When they leave the Wing Tips On!
2) When they are Breaded/Coated!
3) RANCH DRESSING Instead of Bleu Cheese!
and 3) when they are DRY and have dipping sauce on the side (Not Bleu Cheese)

I Want Wings & Drumettes! Deep Fried and then SOAKED in HOT Sauce served with Bleu Cheese on the Side with a few Carrot & Celery sticks!!

But Thats just my opinion!

Exactly, and it's so simple. Why must they change it? Esp the breading, that is just wrong. Or they put sweet sauce on it...ugh, I'm almost always disappointed.
