By szechuan dumplings you mean the ones covered with a hot chili oil/ soy / sesame sauce?

If "the Rouge" is correct in assuming you mean Dumplings covered in Sesame Sauce.....
I've only found these one place in Manhattan.
There's a Chinese restaurant on the Northeast corner of 95th and Columbus who has these on their menu.
I had never even heard of them until my aunt (who lives in the neighborhood) ordered them for me.
They're definitely not the traditional steamed or Fried Dumplings you'll get at Tasty-Dumpling or other places downtown....as they're smothered in sauce.....but they are GOOD.

There have been a number of dumpling threads recently. The Dumpling House gets high marks from many people, me included. (See the thread below).
The dumplings are freshly made and excellent. 5 for $1. A great deal and very tasty.
