Habañero cheddar, found at last

A while back, someone here mentioned a decent cheddar with bits of chopped up habañeros produced by Cabot Farms of Vermont. I ordered some online and it was indeed good (although as I'm sure you all know, it's just as hot going out as it is going in, to put it politely).

Unfortunately, my second order didn't arrive so well. It shipped overnight but when it got here, there was a kind of soup between the cheese and plastic wrap, and it smelled funny.

As it turns out, they sell this very cheese just three blocks from my apartment at the Gristede's on University. Go figure. (And for the record, no, I do not work for nor am I affiliated in any way with Cabot Farms.)
