      <content>I am a chef at La Brunette (300 North Sixth in Williamsburg, Brooklyn 718 384 5800) a French Caribbean restaurant.  Sometimes I can be persuaded to do taisting menus on slower nights i.e. Tuesday - Thursday.  Call in advance.
