Does anybody know of a good place to get tlacoyas, a.k.a. tlatloyos? I have only had them from a street vendor in Oaxaca, but they were sublime. As far as I can tell they are a blue corn chalupa topped with mashed beans, nopales, salsa verde, and Oaxaqueno cheese, then fried.
