For those interested in reasonably-priced, high quality chocolate for baking and dessert-making, I have been very satisfied with "Gourmail". For example, they carry Callebaut ( 11 lb. block ) and Valrhona ( 6.5 lb. block ) for $39.95 each...a great value, provided you do alot of baking or have a friend to share the order with you. There is a $60 minimum . They advertise in Chocolatier magazine and have a website at www.gourmail.com.

I too am looking. I DID have a source (Tessera Chocolate website) but it is now gone. They supplied me with some great couverture chocolate. All companies but Cluizel add lethicin to their chocolates to which I am very allergic. Hence my near panic at finding Tessera out of business.
Cluizel IS available in bars from various websites, but it is much more expensive this way. The Couverture was $16.95kg
PLEASE, let me know if you locate a source.
