Does anyone know where to buy raw milk cheeses aged less than 60 days?
Preferably in the NY or Boston area, or mail-order source. And I guess it would be best to email me directly..i wouldn't want to be responsible for outing anyone.

There is a certain chowhound-beloved store on a certain chowhound-beloved street that once--many, many years back, I assure you--had a sign above some lovely, drippy vacherins, epoisses, langres and camemberts from French affineur Herve Mons that said something like ``get 'em before the USDA does.'' So I did.
Man, oh man, was that stuff good.
