Has anyone used one of those smokers that you use in the oven? I saw one advertised and it looked too good to be true! You add wood chips, meat or fish, and smoke away. If I could get good results with one, I'd be a very happy cooker.
Found a great one, it is a pressure smoker. Sold by Hammacher Schlemmer catalog and now I also saw on QVC. Bought one, am amazed because it is so fast and works with a couple of wood chips. Also cold smokes. Really gourmet taste. Easy to clean, one of the best machines for the kitchen I ever purchased.
