IF YOU WANT TO EAT GOOD AND NO TOO EXPENSIVE
GO TO LUQUILLO OR FAJARDO @ EAST OF THE ISLAND
SEA FOOD OR PUERTORICAN FOOD IS THE BEST IN THIS AREA AND IN THE WORLD. SAN JUAN IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND BELIEVE MY IF YOU WANT TO HAVE FUN GO TO CABO ROJO, BOQUERON IS A BEATIFUL BEACH....

Old San Juan: Chef Marisol (sp?), fancy but excellent,
for when you're tired of puerto rican/carribean/cuban.

Relatively near your hotel: We stayed at the Caribe
Hilton which is just down the road from the El San
Juan, and right around the corner from the Caribe (to
the right before you turn for the Caribe) is a little
hole in the wall with the best Asopao (shrimp was
best, but crab is good too).

stanley--try posting this on the "International"
message board....you'll probably have better luck
        there.

        ciao
