Recs for Amalfi Region? Sorrento, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri, Positano, etc

So far have these on my horizon, found from just one website:
Sorrento -- Caruso
Amalfi -- Il Lido Azurro
Cetara -- Acqua Pazza
Cosimo -- Mama and the Cumpa
Ravello -- Palumbo
Capri -- Da Paulina
Positano -- San Pietro hotel restaurant
Any other recs? Will not be renting a car, as am a nervous driver on such winding roads, and want to enjoy wine with lunch and dinner. So will be relying on buses, trains, hydrofoils, and cabs.
Do a search for Priano & all the other towns you mention above & you'll get some good suggestions.
Lunch at the San Pietro is one of the wonders of the civilized world. Nature and nurture at its finest. Go, go, go (and check out the majolica seats on the terrace--gorgeous!!)
We visited Sorrento this past April and had dinner at Il Buco, which is pretty much in the center of town. Great food, great atmosphere, very pleasant staff.
Armandinos "La praia" in Priano is really not to be missed. Great seafood, right on the water in the tiny beach hamlet. Difficult to get to without a car though I think there is a boat.
Also had great, great meals last summer at Acqua Pazza in Cetara (maitre'd very amenable to "just bring us something good" approach) and Lido Azurro in Amalfi, which is very romantic. Cumpa Cosimo in Ravello food pretty good, but nothing to write home about.
Positano - both the Sirenuse and San Pietro have great food, but a more casual scene with great food is Donna Rosa in Montepertuso (5 minutes away)
Ravello - Cumpa Cosima is casual trattoria
Capri - hopefully you just don't go for the day. La Capannina is great, and Da Tonino is also quite good. Before dinner have drinks at Tiberio and have a scropinni (vodka, lemon sherbert & prosecco)
