Hi,

We're thinking about hitting up Montserrat and looking for places to get some chow. However we're not sure if the place is a tourist trap and if it's worth going to.

Thanks in advance!

      Hi,

We don't have a car...and will probably just go catch a tour but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go. I'm not sure if it's overly touristy...we do have a half day to just lounge though. :)

not sure if this is possible for you, but we had the best time picking up some meats, cheeses, bread, and fruit and making a picnic after hiking up for some time. Oh and of course some cava ^-^
we got our stuff from boqueria in barcelona but i'm sure any market would have a good selection of delicious chorizos, manchego, etc.

Wrong Montserrat. This thread needs to be moved to the Spain board.
