One-day cooking class in Provence

I'm going to St. Remy in two weeks with my family. I would like to find a one-day cooking class in Provence, but am having trouble locating one that is not a week-long class. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the Mas de Cornud in St. Remy? I'd also look into whether Reine Sammut in Lourmarin still has day classes.

I had a bad experience at Mas de Cornud with the man who is part owner. His wife is pleasant but he isn't. My advice would be to stay away and look for another place.
