Outstanding nasi lemak stall at Bedok North Hawker Centre, Singapore

Limster May 27, 2006 12:42 AM

Nasi lemak (rice flavoured with coconut and pandan; this version is really tasty), sweet and intense chilli sauce, with a choice of several items. Delicious otak (a fish mousse freshly grilled in banana leaves), excellent fried chicken. Fried egg with lacy edges on the whites, fine vegetables.

The stall with a long line at the hawker centre (totaly worth wait, unlike the one at Changi Village).

BTW, I think the name of the stall is called Hong Ni Kitchen or something that effect. But the line is unmistakable.
