Best Steak Frites - Paris

I'm heading to Paris in just a few weeks and I've been wondering where I should go to find the best steak frites? My budget is around 120 euros for two people, including wine.

Any recommendations? :)

I'd love to know too. I've done a fair bit of hunting and right now the
top contender is Le Gamin du Paris in the Marais at 51 rue Vieille du
Temple, You should be able to get out of there with half your
    budget intact.

It's been a long time since Steack Frites was on my list of desireable eats in Paris, but you might try A la Tour Montlhery (aka Chez Denise) at 5 rue des Pourvaires in the first.

I completely agree about A la Tour Montlhery but if you go, you must must reserve and be on time. Great atmosphere as well as food but it's always full.

I wouldn't argue it as the best - but it is hard to beat brassarie balzar off of St Michael. their roasted chicken is also great. and easily in your budget.

Thanks for all the recommendations! I'll definitely check out these places.

In paris, my favorite is Le Relais de l'entrecote - nothing to do with the l'entrecote chain. There is always a line (as it is a frenchman's favorite) but it moves quickly. The sauce is incredible and there are a couple of locations. There is one at 15 Rue Marbeuf (off of the Champs Elysee) and one in the 6th at 20, bis rue st. benoit. They don't take reservations, but the wait is well worth it. They have a prix fixe menu, I can't remember what, but you should stay under 120 euro for two. It's steak/frites, salad & dessert. I can't remember if the wine was included. Good Luck!
