Paris Wine Tour?

I'm heading to Paris and looking to do a day trip wine tasting and checking out some vineyards somewhere not too far away. Can anyone recommend a company that arranges such trips? Or has anyone done this on their own before without renting a car? Restaurant tips for a nice lunch in the location would be great as well!

This isn't a complete response to your questions, more of a suggestion I would say.

If you are slightly athletically inclined, you can easily take a train from Paris to Epernay, in the center of Champagne, for some great bicycle riding from vineyard to vineyard. This way you wouldn't have to deal with renting a car. There are numerous bicycle rental places in Paris and I know that the Lonely Planet Bicycling France book has three itineraries in Champagne.
