after much remodeling the old Sentosa restaurant is now Saigon -Seafood Harbor Restaurant. There are many seafood tanks and a station devoted to BBQ meats. I was on the way home from some late night shopping at 99 Ranch when I was drawn by the lights....to pick up a take out menu and take a peek inside. They are opened late - at least until 1am (Mon-Thurs & Sun) and even later til 2am on Fri & Sat nights. The restaurant features live seafood: abalone, whole fishes, crab, lobster, shrimp, asstd shellfish & frogs - all prepared in a myriad of ways with a variety of sauces. I see the words - Chiu Chow often. They have a extensive porridge selection in addition to the usual suspects: clay pots, BBQ meats, soups, noodle soups, chow mein, chow fun, rice plates.....haven't heard any reports yet.
