Sun Jan 08 23:54:04 -0800 2006 0 MarkC 1 1410045 The latest issue of guia del ocio includes in a report on soon to open new restaurants a note on Berasategui.It says that the Michelin-starred cook will be *responsible* for the kitchen in a new restaurant Lasarte in Hotel Condes de Barcelona, P° de Gràcia, 73-75, to open end of January. I understand that Berasategui, as did some other renowned catalunian cooks like Gaig or the brothers Roca, assumes responsibilities for the planning of menues and supervision of the excecution, thereby adding to prestige and reputation, hopefully also to the quality of the kitchen concerned.
