If you mean the restaurant 'Gusto, northeast of Piazza di Spagna, I've eaten there several times and its always a blast. It was written up in one of the food mags a month or so ago, so hurry before its "found".

We looked for this restaurant this week and could not find it ... if anyone can provide directions, I´d be very grateful. We´ll be back in Rome for one more evening tomorrow.

Well... I wasn't too impressed. If you are from a major American city, I'm not sure you will think it is anything special. A modern retaurant with decent food. The kind that the Roman "yuppie" equivalent eat at. It seemes to be popular with English speaking tourists, perhaps because it has been written up quite a bit, even before the demonstration kitchen theater was opened. They do have a small and pricey cookware shop with nice things. I don't know much about the cooking school/demonstrations. If you're right by there, sure, stop in for lunch. But there are better places to eat at, IMHO.
