A modern retaurant with decent food. The kind that the Roman "yuppie" equivalent eat at. It seemes to be popular with English speaking tourists, perhaps because it has been written up quite a bit, even before the demonstration kitchen theater was opened. They do have a small and pricey cookware shop with nice things. I don't know much about the cooking school/demonstrations. If you're right by there, sure, stop in for lunch.
