From what I have read, Florence seems to be a meat-eaters paradise but my girlfriend and I don't eat meat!

We are spending a long weekend there next week and would welcome recommendations of fish and/or vegetarian based restaurants.

Thanks.

Florence is definitely a meat-eaters paradise but I eat almost no meat and had no trouble anyplace we ate in Florence finding fish or vegetarian options. I had a fantastic salmon dish at Beccofino in the Oltrarno and had pastas, pizzas and risottos with vegetables at a number of restaurants. We especially liked La Giostra.
