Dear Chowhounds

Can anyone recommend an English goat's cheese from Neal's Yard Dairy?

The names I have found on the website are

Chabis
Childwickbury
Dorstone
Golden Cross
Harbourne
Laughton Log
Perroche
Ragstone
Ticklemore
Tymsboro
Verulamium
Woolsery Goat

I have tasted none of these. I am aware that you can taste at the shop but I would nevertheless like opinions from chowhounds.

Thank you

fwiw, we are addicted to tymsboro on our cheese plate.

verulanium is another favourite, but beware: you should make sure its not to runny. for some mysterious reason, it tastes unbelievably salty when its too runny, but otherwise has a wonderful sharpness for so creamy a cheese. the packet should be soft, but not squishy.

do not miss the goats cheese ricotta (stored by the milk) - great fun to cook with. also - and perhaps already on your list - is a fruity aged goats cheese, perhaps one of their best.

I tried the Tymsboro and Childwickbury when I was visiting London and they made me deeply happy.

I just went in and asked for something I couldn't get at home that wasn't too skeezy.
