New Year in Barcelona

  • c

I am going to Barcelona for new year and wondered if anyone had any recommendations for night clubs, pubs, street parties or whatever goes on there??? Is it advisable to book tickets for night clubs? Any suggestions are very welcome.

Me and three mates are too! If you've found out any info on NYE that would be great.

Yep, me and 3 friends too - it's really difficult to find info on the places to go.

        Thanks, Lesley

    2. OK I suggest that we all get together and have our own party. I'm going there with my family of 11. lol. Any way, I have friend in Barcelona and she is going to tell me what restaurants and what deals are avilable for NYE. She said the restaurants are not advertising yet. As soon as I get any info I'll share it

Has there been any restaurant news for NYE? Definitely looking to book something asap, so any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

      2. A few years ago we had NYE dinner at Sette Portes (sp?)---special menu, food was very good, and wonderful, gracious service. We had booked quite a while before hand. I also saw that one of our favorite places in Baracelona, La Creme Catalana, is having a special NYE menu.

Thanks for the advice! Sette Portes is fully booked unfortunately, and I was unable to find La Creme Catalana online. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

I think they might mean Crema Canela by the Plaza Real. Is that right corndog1?

            If so, it's here:

And I like it a lot too.

              Yes that's the one:

they have a NYE menu 85 Euros, no way to book online that I saw. There is a phone number and they speak English---and they're closed on Christmas Day....

        2. I see that everyone who posted about this posted before new years, hope you had an amazing time. Myself and my fiance are thinking about going to Barcelona for new years next year, any suggestions from your recent trip of restaurants/parties etc to go to?? thanks - steph
