I'll be in Finland for a month in November and December. Looking for suggestions about good, reasonably priced meals (pref. Scandinavian, but other cuisines ok) in the following cities:

Helsinki, Turku, Tampere, Jyväsklyä, Pori

I know of a few such places in Helsinki. I'm familiar with very high-end places like Sundman's and Pamir. But I tend to frequent and prefer more affordable options like Kuu and Ravintola Garlic. More suggestions like those would be great.

I'm looking to spend no more than E20-30 on dinner, less for lunch. And keep in mind that I'm not so big on dairy products. Thanks!

Not much in Tampere. Helsinki some. I've posted about this before, but you should go the harbor market in Helsinki. Good breads (real, chewy, tasty rye), smoked salmon, herring, too late for amazing berries, reindeer. And good vinna (a variant of vodka)
