It's a chain restaurant found in several spots around the city, but it offers decent food at decent prices. Cafeteria style seating, but made to order Japanese style meals. The downside is the fact that it's in a (very) dodgy part of town....but the food is beyond excellent. Very inexpensive and satisfying. I don't know if it was because it was early spring and not tourist time but it was closed on Mondays. Harden's) for 7 quid. It tells you how to (just about) get away with J Sheekey for 20 pounds. I also love the lunch buffet at Chutneys near London University for 5 quid (nearest tube Euston Sq) - not to be confused with Chutney Mary.
