Panama

I couldn't find a single post on Panama here! Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations/must-eats? I'll be travelling in January, most likely spending time in Bocas del Toro and the Chiriqui province. Also passing through Panama City.

If in Bocas del Toro, don't miss the restaurant at the Pargo Rojo (Red Parrot) Hotel, across the bay on Isla Carenero. Great middle eastern food, actually the chef does everything well. Had a slice of three milk cake that was heavenly.

From a trip to Panama City several years back I still remember the fresh fish at the Greek restaurant Jimmy's, right behind the Conference Center "ATLALPA" (also near hotel Caecar's Park). For dinner the bar/restaurant with live music at the very tip of the cape of the Old town was very pleasant (don't walk around in the area at night, though). A friend of my visited both places a couple of years ago, and they were still good.
