I'm moving from New York into a small bed sit in London this summer. I'll have a cooker with two rings, but I'm thinking about supplementing it with another kitchen appliance, and many friends have recommended the Foreman grill as it is so convenient, versatile, and doesn't make a mess. Do they have Foreman grills in London? Should I buy one in New York and get an adaptor? Thanks.

You can buy them here - I really don't recommend using a transformer and an adaptor for a kitchen appliance such as this - electrical fires and all that...

Unles sit is dual voltage, any electrical appliance you bring you will need a transformer big enough to support it... and then of course, a plug adaptor as well.
