potobello road at the far end (i think its gisbourn rd) is the spanish / portugese area of london... if you cant get it there...it probalby doesnt come from spain/portugal...

Isn't there somewhere near to Moro, on Exmouth Market?
There's a strange shop called Gran Columbia that combines delicatessen with money transfer at the top of the Holloway Road. The stock mainly seems to consist of plastic bags of white powder. Which I assume is a Colombian speciality but not THAT Colombian speciality. They sell chorizo too.›1 Reply -

I second the borough market. Also they have a grill where you can buy chorizo sandwiches. Good, but not as good as the nearby grill selling venison burgers with yummy fixin's.
(p.s. borough market is a good place to find work if you happen to be a tourist-visa American wanting to earn some spending cash--and learn something about English famers markets. Just show up early and ask around)
