  1. Where are you located?

There are several books by Ferran Adria, but none is specifically an "el bulli" cookbook. At Books for Cooks in London, on Blenheim Crescent, they have a pastry book (or maybe it's his brother's) and his "millennium" cookbook in Spanish, and a Catalonian cookbook in German and Spanish. I have seen the pastry book and another one (in German and French) at Librairie Gourmande on Rue Dante in Paris. Nothing seems to be available in English though.

I tried to locate this 'rumoured' cookbook a few months ago on the request of my nephew who's a chef. I can't recall where I found the info, but in summary, the book 'will be published in 2002' - but in Catalan only. Neither a spanish nor english translation are scheduled at this time.

I am interested in a biography of Ferran Adria - is there one?

Is anyone in London or Brighton interested in experiementing with his cooking techniques, perhaps arranging a visit to el Bulli?

        cheers

There was an excellent article about Ferran Adria in Esquire. Not a biography, but a really in-depth article. Link is below

If you do go to El Bulli, I hope you'll report back and let us know your experiance.

    2. I believe the person you are referring to is
      Ferran Adria, not albert ferran
