Any recommendations for south Cornwall, around Fowey,
Looe, Eden project or Falmouth? (Excluding Rick Stein or the Tresanton Hotel in St Mawes please....)

The Old Coastguard's Hotel in Mousehole (itself a lovely village) has a wonderful, relaxed bar/restaurant with panoramic views of the sea. Anything from sandwiches to more elaborate fish dishes and a great Sunday roast are cooked and served just right. If you're going in summer, try booking a table in the garden -- otherwise, specify that you want to sit in the conservatory area, which has the best views.
