need help with where to eat in southern spain

giving a different heading in the hope that I'll get some response.spending one week travelling in Andalusia in mid April. where should I absolutely not miss food wise especially and where's good to eat and stay.

Did you end up finding anywhere good? I'm going next March/April and looking for suggestions.

What cities will you be visiting? What sort of budget for places to stay/dine? I can give you a few good suggestions west of Malaga.
