Le Mas Tourteron

Those of you who are planning a trip to the Luberon Area in Provence (Gordes, Joucas, etc.), I strongly recommend dinner at Le Mas Tourteron, a very special restaurant in a bucolic, romantic garden-like setting. Highly creative cuisine. Even the napkin rings were a surprise...they were made out of a delicious bread.

    We agree, Elizebeth B. is considered one the great chefs in Provence. I don't read enough french to buy her cookbook.
