Quick places for good lunches on the go in London (West end)

I have recently just discovered Soup Works on Monmouth Street (off Seven Dials) - which I will now walk 10 minutes out of my way to get to - without a doubt the best soup I have ever had. All soups are freshly made and rotated weekly (plus there is always a daily special). Fantastic ones to try: chicken, sweet potato and coconut, Tuscan Bean, Thai Green chicken curry, plus a seemingly endless list of others (they are much better than their rivals Soup Opera). Their breads are also delicious: tomato and onion foccacia and even gluten free wheat bread.
Also very good: Bagelmania on New Row (near Covent Garden) - every type of bagel you can imagine with every type of filling possible, plus fantastic salads to be picked up from the ready-made section (I've just had a grilled chicken ceasar with a whole piece of chargrilled chicken breast - fresh rosemary still clinging to it ) - they also have salmon and watercress (featuring a large pink fillet). Perhaps one of the best boxed salads I've had in a long time.
