What to Eat in Thailand(?)

I'm planning to spend a month in Thailand soon. Any
advice on exotic (weird, wacky, wonderful, etc.) fare
to seek out?
Avoid the Seafood Market in Bangkok, it's a tourist
trap that gives kickbacks to cab drivers for bringing
people there, the gimmick is you pick oput the fish you
want and they prepare it for you, the food while very
fresh obviously, is way overpriced and bland.
In Bangkok check out a place called the Front Page,
a local bar-restaurant owned by a Scot but doing great
