Princeville, Kauai -- Sushi and more?

We are traveling with the 'rents so we are looking for a couple different types of recomendations, all in the Princeville area, if possible. I have found many answers on the boards but these are a few I still have...

Best sushi place, regardless of price.
Best cheap breakfast.
Best place the old man can get a steak on Father's day.

Thanks for you suggestions.

Having lived there (though it was several years ago) and sushi being a major deal, I found very little very good sushi on Kauai. I was totally surprised by that. Locals like Sushi Blues and Kintaro but they are crazy roll spots. The only authentic sushi I had while living there was at Tip Top Motel. It's a crazy dive place (looks like a Motel 6) but the sushi was quite good - it being the only place that I saw that used a variety of local fishes. It's also down in Lihue (not near Princeville). Much, much better sushi on Oahu with Sushi Sasabune being the favorite.
