Thanksgiving in Maui

jack Aug 28, 2005 12:55 PM

We decided to spend Thanksgiving in Maui and was wondering where we should dine for our Thanksgiving dinner. My brother-in-law works for the Hyatt so we will be staying there but will be willing to drive. First thought was the Plantation House since it's pretty close but open to any other suggestions. Thanks

You have a good idea in considering the Plantation House. That is my favorite Maui restaurant. I haven't been there for Thanksgiving, but I'm sure it will be as wonderful as it is on all the other days of the year. The views there are also terrific, especially at sunset.

Lots of other great Maui restaurants are discussed on the "Maui Restaurants" section of

Thanks for the input. I know that I am getting a little ahead of myself but we just finalized plans and am REALLY looking forward to our trip. The question is ...traditional dinner or not.

We are also going to be on Maui for Thanksgiving - what recommendations have you received? Thanks.
