Hi all:

Great board, what a concept....I really like the
word "opine"...has a nice ring to it.

I'm a native of San Diego, CA and have been cooking
Mexican food and other cuisines for years. I'd be glad
to share any of my "tried and true" recipes with all of
you out there. Over the years as a Chef and now a
Personal Chef I've gathered some dynamite recipes.
Look forward to visiting the rest of the boards.
Again, what a great concept!!!!!
