Best Pad See Ew in NYC?
Anyone know where to find the best Pad See Ew (or pad see you) in the city? Sripriphai does great thai dishes, but their noodle dishes definitely leave something to be desired. Are there any thai restos that can match Sripriphai's high level of cooking on dishes such as the fried watercress salad, but use this skill on noodle dishes? Any borough will do...
I've had some great noodle dishes at Sri. Maybe specific dishes such as the Pad See Ew aren't good, or maybe you had an off night. One of my favorite dishes there is the Pad Khee Mao, and their Khao Soi is something I crave constantly.

Perhaps it was an off night, but I have enjoyed Thai Sesame's pad see ew much more than Sripriphai's. But I've had TS's several times, and Sri's once - and only a small portion of it then. (I'm stuck on the aforementioned fried watercress salad.)

Yeah, that watercress dish is unbelievable, I love it. I dream about it.

Really simple but excellent Thai can be had at the Amarin Cafe, in Greenpoint, Brooklyn (Manhattan Ave. between Driggs & Nassau). I've often had their delicious Pad See Ew (Beef or Chicken)!!

Try Amarin on Manhattan at Nassau (Nassau station on G train) in Brooklyn. Great tasting Pad See Ew only drawback is they use normal broccoli, not kana. Or try Ott farther down on Manhattan, great too. Both are top notch, nice and cheap and fantastic!

The best pad see ew I've ever had let alone in the city would be from Lemongrass Grill. They have six locations in New York. The one I use the most is in Park Slope because that's where I live but they have a couple in Manhattan and one other in Brooklyn as well.
Here is the link to their locations:

Hope that helps!
