I'm looking for very fragrant basmati rice and can't seem to find the right one. When I worked in San Jose we used to purchase a rice with a tiger on the bag, but I can't remember the name. Can anyone help?

To my mind (and the minds of many others )the best basmati is to be found at Foods of India on Lexington and 28th street. It is their own brand under the name Sinha. They put it in zip lock bags with the store label on it. You won't eat another brand again!
