I know this is probably way off topic, but I am looking for help. The backstory is, someone long ago clipped and sent me some coupons from their Sunday newspaper insert. Maddeningly, on the back of one coupon is an ad page for a cookbook, but I only got part of it: a small piece of picture of a hardback, spiralbound book and a description which reads, "We've taken America's favorite meals, developed the most mouth-watering recipes for each one, and then put them all together in this one magnificent cookbook.

.The Best Lasagna .The Best Stir Fry
.The Best Pizza .The Best Spaghetti
.The Best Tacos .The Best Of The Rest

Visit our website . . ."

and that is where it ends. The coupon on reverse side expired 12/31/98, so it is safe to assume that the cookbook was released in 1998.

I have become obsessed with finding this book and have done every conceivable web search of combinations of the above words. Please, please help save me from this by telling me the name of the cookbook. Thanks. :)

  1. Could it be The Best Recipe, by the editors of Cook's Illustrated? A link to their website is attached.
