        <content>Arrrrgh.  These have to be the best! Dark Russet Potato Chips by Cape Cod Chips.  These are the closest to what by folks used to make.  Either you don't like 'em, hard to believe, or you will never eat any others, except in emergencies.  They are absolutely scrumptious.  And,   if your local store does not have them, you can order from the factory. Try them once, and you'll be hooked..  Enjoy.

      <content>thats just a fact! cape cod chips are cooked in conola oil! with has less fat than any other kind of oil!
and i still find it less greasy then other "undercooked" chips!</content>

      <content>Canola, olive, corn, safflower, grapeseed...it doesn't matter;  all oils have the same amount of fat.  Canola oil does not have less fat than other oils.  What differs between oils is the kind of fats they contain, e.g., saturated, polyunsaturated, monounsaturated.</content>

      <content>I highly recommend the potato chips cooked in olive oil with rosemary (available at some health food stores and gourmet stores; Trader Joe's has the best price, but they're not in NYC yet).
