Red Pepper Soup

It's takeout from Fairway (Uptown), believe it or not. Well, maybe not THE best, but pretty damn good. Smokey, but not so smokey that it is like car exhaust, full flavored and nicely textured. I was surprised because I don't particularly care for Fairway's roasted peppers -- a bit slimy and briny.
