habichuela con dulce is pretty easy, i think. you can
use a can of goya red beans and one can of condensed
milk (a friend of mine also adds a can of evaporated
milk, too). put them in a blender with some vanilla and
cinnamon ( some people put a little ground clove in)
until they're the consistency you like. traditionalists
sprinkle cracker crumbs on top, but i like mine plain.
