What is Pho? And where is New Pasteur?

(Thanks for being patient with me.)

  1. Pho is a Vietnamese soup, with noodles and meat. The
meat can be in a variety of forms, like meatballs or
strips of tendon (I think). The broth is rich and
tastes kind of anise-y. You can add cilantro, hot
peppers, fish sauce, etc. at the table. Yum. Chicken
might be an option, but I'm not sure. Somebody else
could most likely confirm or deny this.

New Pasteur is at 85 Baxter St.

Your questions are not at all stupid. :)
