ossining please???

went into ossining tonite- main street, etc. to find something other than guidas and dudley's looking for much less fussy.there was NOTHING for us to try other than a columbian coffee place but we were hungry and wanted dinner. isn't there anything good and interesting in that area to go for dinner?

There is a place on Rockledge, near the Arcadian Shopping center- Goldfish. Amazing food!

The Portuguese grill restaurant on Spring St (name is Churrasquiera Ribatejo, not sure of the spelling) is my favorite local joint. Doca's, a small Portuguese restaurant on Main St is pretty good. How was the Colombian coffee house?

WE DIDN'T GO INTO THE COFFEE SHOP- WE WERE HUNGRY FOR DINNER AND ENDED UP AT SANTA FE IN TARRYTOWN- MY HUSBAND CHOSE THAT- YUK! I HATE MEX. FOOD. WHERE IS THAT STREET? I ONLY KNOW MAIN STREET IN OSSINING

We went to the coffee house (Quimbaya)on Friday for a quick bite. It's great! Although we didn't get any coffee, we got corn empenadas filled with meat and yuca that had great flavor and a guava cheese empenada that was huge and delicious. We also opted for exotic juice drinks made to order with milk or water. Mango and I forget the name of the other one (I had never heard of it). They were sweet/tart and worth trying. GO!
