Restaurants in Westchester County that serve free range chicken and beef and organic produce

Does anyone know of any restaurants in Westchester County that serve free range chicken and or beef and organic produce? Thanks.

I believe the "flying pig" in mount kisco does; however their website seems to be down. Are they still around?

I'm not sure, but I believe that Blue Hill at Stone Barns serves organic fare.

Yes, yes, yes! Flying Pig is still around at the train station and I've heard their food has gotten better (last ate there a year ago and it was inconsistent). Great lunches, though, always.
And Blue Hill at Stone Barns serves mostly meat and veggies from their own farms, which are organic. It's awesome, but very pricey.
