Sorry I am diabetic so I cannot really drink bubble tea, but I know of a couple of places in Westchester County (i.e. Scarsdale / White Plains area)... hope it's helpful for you...

I think there is a place in Scarsdale, NY that sells bubble tea. I haven't tried it before so perhaps others can comment on it (I think there are a few regulars here who are from Scarsdale). It's located in "Archway Mall", a strip mall on Central Avenue, same mall as California Pizza Kitchen and Golden Village Chinese market. I believe the bubble tea place is affiliated with Golden Village market because the girls who work there are the daughters of the owners of that Chinese market. Location is approx. 365 Central Avenue in Scarsdale, NY. That would be Exit 5 off of Highway 287 (heading East from TappanZee to White Plains. You will head south on Highway 100 toward Yonkers(Central Avenue). The store will be on your right hand side, located in the strip mall right next to Treasure Island. I think the store is right next door to Golden Village Market. To get there, you should make a right turn into the Archway Mall at the entrance near the movie cinema .. If you see California Pizza Kitchen then it's too late because it's exit only on that side of the mall, you will have to turn around again.... (be careful driving there because I have seen a few bad accidents right in front of the entrance since traffic on Central Ave gets bad around rush hour...)

Another place that has bubble tea is in White Plains at 200 Hamilton Avenue. This is where the White Plains DMV is located (i.e. at White Plains Mall).
Again, I have not tried bubble tea here but I have seen people drinking it. I believe the bakery inside the Chinese market - Kam Sam, sells Bubble Tea. Kam Sam is a Flushing based Chinese Market so in case you want to load up on Asian grocery you can try too.
This is off of Exit 6 in White Plains.... get off at Exit 6, head south on Broadway, then make right turn on Hamilton (at the AT&T Building). You can park in the parking lot or on the street. The Chinese market/bakery is located on the 1st floor, same floor as the McDonald's. Again, perhaps some of the folks here can comment on the quality of the tea... since I have not tried it.

Hope this helps. By the way, if you are going to Manhattan, my preference for bubble tea would be 1) Saint's Alp Tea House on 3rd Ave and East 9th Street near NYU. Another place that has descent bubble tea would be Taipan Bakery on Canal Street (next to Kam Man Market). I used to get my bubble tea at these 2 places before I found out I was diabetic but now I need to watch my blood sugar so I have to cut that out of my diet...

Enjoy.

The place in Scarsdale (same shopping center as California Pizza Kitchen) is great! There is also a place in Mt. Kisco which is somewhat closer to Poughkeepsie, Temptation Tea House, but I think the Scarsdale place is better.

Thanks for the information. I live in Mt. Vernon and thought I could only get Bubble tea in Manhattan (they sell it at the South Seaport Mall). I was hoping that I could get it somewhere closer to me. I will try kam sen on Hamilton Ave then I'll go to Central Ave. I am more familiar with kam Sen in white plains since I often go there!

Thanks so much. I am from the Mariana Islands and miss drinking bubble tea! I used to buy it on the way to class in Guam! LOL I know I should drink it moderately since it is very sweet. I have been craving for it for the longest time! Thanks so much.
